IMHO we need to provide a proper guide on naming conventions and standards
that we can follow.

+1 for embedding this to theme level as well.

@jerad: As you mentioned we can't cater for all cases, but we will try to
come up with a viable solution. Shall we set up a meeting to discuss
further.
