Hi Gayan,

Yes, MSF4JRuntimeDelegate uses the MSF4J response Builder.  Overall the
jaxrs-delegate bundle require for the MSF4J Since we have implmented some
jax-rs interfaces in that bundle.
e.g. MSF4JResponse, MediaTypeHeaderProvider etc..
