Hi Team, At the moment, we have to add secure vault related configuration files (around 3-4 files) when using Config Provider in non-osgi mode even though I don't want secure vault (and only need config-provide features). Can we make these files mandatory only when secure vault is enabled. Can we consider fixing this for next release of Carbon-Config ?
