Hi Praminda,
You want to send a event to all the nodes? That's mean with with
duplication? If so you can use multiple URL groups like {ip1},{ip2},{ip3}
etc.
But i think, since we have enable event sync in the event receivers,
fail-over or load balancing is sufficient.
