Hi Piriya, I followed the same documentation for email generation in DSS. But I encountered another exception while configuring. I believe the steps you followed here is correct but if I am not wrong you may be missed to select the input event which you created. If so could you please select that event and save it. I feel this instruction is missing in the document. So can you try this out and let me know whether it works or not.
