[1] Has some information on setting up 'Passive STS Realm' config. The doc
missing information on setting the 'WReply URL'. You can use something like
below to configure passive STS in the *updateApplication* operation.
<inboundAuthenticationRequestConfigs>
<inboundAuthKey>TestSP</inboundAuthKey>
<inboundAuthType>passivests</inboundAuthType>
<properties>
<name>passiveSTSWReply</name>
<value>{url}</value>
</properties>
</inboundAuthenticationRequestConfigs>
