Hi Deepak, I believe you refer WSO2 IS 5.4.0. There is no specific update requirement. WSO2 IS 5.4.0 Update4 supposed to be a drop-in replacement for IS 5.4.0. You need to copy all your customized configs, extensions, etc to the updated location. The file relative locations are unchanged.
Please let us know if you encounter any roadblock on your upgrade.
