If setup is running in a single server, then you can only set this
                        --token <token-endpoint> \
Pointed to gateway
                        --import-export <endpoint-for-environment> \
The node which installed with import and export web app(mostly the
publisher)
                        --admin <admin-REST-API-endpoint> \
publisher as admin application goes with it
                        --api_list <API-listing-REST-API-endpoint> \
Publisher
                        --app_list <application-listing-REST-API-endpoint>
