So that I couldn't log into devportal nor publisher. Editing the url regex of the service providers as described on stackoverflow.com<http://stackoverflow.com> page solved the problem. Now I can log into "/devportal" and into "/publisher", by the way I can logout from /publisher but I cannot logout from devportal. Error at //myServer:9443/authenticationendpoint/oauth2_error.do?oauthErrorCode=access_denied&oauthErrorMsg=Post+logout+URI+does+not+match+with+registered+callback+URI.
