Hi Eric,
I guess you have an issue with your *Proxy-Authorization *property. You
have to use expression instead of value. Try below.
<property name="Proxy-Authorization" scope="transport"
type="STRING" expression="fn:concat('Basic ', base64Encode('id:pwd'))"/>
