Yep. everything in /dist/ is sync'ed daily to dist-archive ; and never removed. In fact, if/when you copy some dist/xml stuff to dist/xalan, that stuff will appear in (dist-archive)/xalan/ in a day or so, so you can refer to that also/instead, if you like.
Answer to the (dist-archive) question may affect our website links. These archives may also affect our future release planning - albeit small. Our website changes can be tested on my developer site. http://people.apache.org/~shathaway/docs/xalan
Looks good. ... I really think you should have a 'download' link there, refering to a download page with (annotated) links to everything you have ; but that's just my idea.
