Saleh,
There are several ways you can contribute to the Apache Xalan XSLT projects.
The Apache Software Foundation has some good introductory material on the
main site.
http://www.apache.org/foundation/getinvolved.html
1. Become active on our mailing lists.
[email protected] // support for Java users
[email protected] // support for C/C++ users
[email protected] // talk to the development team
You will first need to subscribe to the lists. Otherwise
your postings will be moderated.
2. Extract the sources from the subversion repository.
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/xalan/ {c/java}
Perform quality assurance tests and report your findings.
3. Resolve issues in the JIRA tracking system
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/XALANJ

Sincerely,
Steven J. Hathaway
