where the select expression was not available in the for-each function.
It is also on available in the apply-templates function.
The problem seems to lie with the ElemApplyTemplates class and the way this
fires it's SelectedEvent versus the code in the ElemForEach class where the fix
was made.
It would look like this fix should have been applied to more than just a single
class initially.
