Gary,

The xalan web pages are published by issuing commits to our
subversion repository path:

xalan/site/docs/xalan/ -- This is the top website

xalan/site/docs/xalan/xalan-c/ -- This is the C/C++ project website

xalan/site/docs/xalan/xalan-j/ -- This is the Java project website

As a committer, you should be able to make the site postings.
