Resolution: Fixed
This XalanJ tests issue has been fixed, on xalan-test repos's master branch.
The following XalanJ tests file was fixed for this issue :
java/src/org/apache/qetest/xalanj2/SystemIDResolverAPITest.java. The technical
credit for this fix belongs to Joseph Kessselman and Stanimir Stamenkov
(members of xalan dev mailing list).
