Gary, Mukul, Please upload xalan 2.7.3 (and serializer.jar) to repository.apache.org. You announced the release 20 days ago, however, the users still can't upgrade because the release is not on Central. We have a long-awaited release in Apache JMeter: https://github.com/apache/jmeter/issues/5766, and it would be nice if we could bump xalan dependency and release soon.
As an alternative option, could you ask INFRA to grant me publishing to "xalan" group at repository.apache.org? I could easily publish to repository.apache.org, however, currently, I have no privilege to do so. Vladimir
