Bugzilla3001 is user error. In my fork, an explanation comment has been
added to the stylesheet, and .out file has been changed from expected
output to correct output so it is now accepted as passing.
Continuing to examine, comment, and fix the bugzilla tests. I plan to
submit a pull request after this review pass. It would be nice if
someone could take the time to review and merge at that time.
Still waiting for an indication that my first pull request has been
merged or rejected. If ya want participation, ya gotta review
contributions; as discussed just recently, people won't make the effort
unless they see that there's a path to actually improving the project.
