javadoc and src

and
[https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/xalan/serializer/2.7.3/|https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/xalan/serializer/2.7.2/]
contain only pom & jar
There has also been a large undocumented change in dependencies - compare
xalan/xalan poms:

is gone - this necessitates explicit declaring of xalan.serializer
