The good news is that apparently the @xsl.usage taglet is registered and
functioning in the xalan module's javadocs.
The bad news is that it doesn't seem to be being accepted in the
serializer's javadocs.
So far I'm not seeing why it would work for one and not the other. I'm
sure I'm missing something obvious...
While I'm at it, I've been cleaning up some of the javadoc details that
caused warning messages. (Use of angle brackets in javadoc text,
references to non-qualified classnames without import, that sort of thing.)
