Can we commit to the Maven build and publish a release with it? Or do folks think we need xalan-test included in the distribution archives before we can do so? Or is there any other reason to hold back?
(I'm willing to do the work of tagging and publishing and validating, but it has been too long and I honestly don't remember the mechanics... and I've never done a push to Maven Central.)
