Source is available on GitHub. Note that Xalan-C is essentially past end of life -- it's ancient, badly back level compared to the Java code, and has nobody maintaining it. Xalan-J has roughly two and a half people maintaining it, maybe, and those strictly on an as-available basis. If you look at the Jira bug list you'll see that we have a substantial backlog. I've started trying to catch up on some of that but my own life has been a bit busier than expected recently and I may not be able to get back to that until some time next month. So if you need help, *please* help us help you by providing minimal examples of your issue that would let us reproduce the problem for analysis.
