Hi all,
I've improved Xalan-J's ant build on dev repos branch
xalan-j_xslt3.0, which is now able to produce working Xalan-J binary
and src distribution archives, and also being able to run Xalan-J's
XSL 3 test suite both from command line (useful while releasing, for
e.g Xalan-J's XSL 3 version) and the dev IDE.

I've updated Xalan-J's readme document available at
https://github.com/apache/xalan-java/blob/xalan-j_xslt3.0/README with
necessary build details.
