As per below mail that I've written earlier today,
The latest file is now xercesImpl-2.12.3_dev2.jar.
If you've any comment about, Xalan-J XSLT 3.0 dev branch's latest
contents, please let me know and I shall try to address those.
Otherwise, I shall try to make Xalan-J XSLT 3.0 alpha1 new RC within
next one or two days (perhaps little earlier as well), and shall
communicate that to this list for review.
