Make dependencies available in ibiblio for maven2

I'm working on a maven2 plugin for Xdoclet2. XDoclet2 is available on
ibiblio (maven2), generama is too, but the dependencies of generama
are not.
As I want to use XDoclet2, not Generama, I feel it is the XDoclet2
project's responsibility to make the xdoclet-2.2 version on ibiblio
work (dependency wise), therefore I post this issue here.
