I'm affraid this is impossible at the moment. Those Warnings are done by CustomXDocletTagsFactory ( org.generama.defaults ) and this is not configurable at the moment. ( some tags are ignored though, but not @todo ) To overcome this condition, some patching of m2xd2 plugin would be required.
