The parameter ATTACHMENT_DIRECTORY is not taken into account. The attachment
are
always created in the "tmp" directory. It seems there is a bug in the reading
of the ATTACHMENT_DIRECTORY
parameter.
Same problem with the ATTACHMENT_MEMORY_THRESHOLD parameter.
