The website doesn't explain that we can use the JDK -D parameters to set a
proxy host (proxyHost & proxyPort). Particularly this page:
http://xfire.codehaus.org/HTTP+Transport
I've tried the code on this page and couldn't get it to work and then realized
that the JDK parameters method works fine.
