I had exactly the same problem, but correct configuration of classloading
solved it.
During the deployment process, one can configure class loading. Just untick the
shared lib inheritance as described above, and (or if no parent) untick
webservice related shared libraries, like oracle.ws. ...., plus oracle.xml,
oracle.xml.security, and soap.
Probably not all of these need to be unchecked, but in my case and I guess in
most of yours, the uploaded war file supplies the necessary libraries, so
virtually none of these shared libs is needed.
