Is there a possibility to force re-loading of XSLTs instead having
to restart OpenOffice after having the XSLT modified?
Yes, simply refresh the stylesheet being used (e.g. under Unix shell
use 'touch').
As although the stylesheets are being cached - so they don't have to
be parsed every time the filter is being used - the modification date
is stored and checked before every usage.
that's what I would assume ;-) but please see below
..
I'm fiddling with export filters a little and the are read from disc
any
time they are used, I leave the office running and try again with a
modifierd XSLT. At least for 1.1.x this works fine.
well, I am using OOo 2 and it seems to me that at least the
import-XSLT is being cached and not-reloaded
when being changed.
Maybe there is a bug/feature of OOo2 that the last-modified of the
XSLT it not being checked.
If it does not work as explained above please send me an issue, I have
just inherited these sources ;-)
ok, will do so. Unfortunately it doesn't work as you describe above and
two of my colleagues are experiencing the same problem, so
I guess it's a bug.
Thanks
Michael
