i answer myself as i modified David's XSLT regarding impress lists
regarding impress lists
the problem is that the list-items in impress are always closed
we then had this layout when exporting
* Level 1
* * Level 2
* * * Level 3
* * Level 2
* Level 1
we now have the correct display as
* Level 1
* Level 2
* Level 3
* Level 2
* Level 1
