OpenDocument has a special attribute to deal with this situation; instead
of repeating the table rows
        <table:table-row table:style-name="ro1">
           <table:table-cell/>
           <table:covered-table-cell/>
        </table:table-row>
65536 times in the file, it is possible to use only one occurence using
the table:number-rows-repeated attribute:
        <table:table-row table:style-name="ro1"
table:number-rows-repeated="65536">
           <table:table-cell/>
           <table:covered-table-cell/>
        </table:table-row>
Calc uses this optimization in other cases, but for some reason not here?
