Manifest file in jar file

I am using the ant task to create a jar for my XMLBeans. I need to 
manipulate or specify a manifest file for the jar. I am currently only 
getting a default manifest in the create jar file. The documentation for 
the the ant task does not indicate how to do this. Can anyone tell me 
how to accomplish this.
