ERROR : java.lang.Win32Process.create(Native Method)

Hi,   I am new to XML Beans and I just downloaded XML Beans 2.0.0 Binary. I have set the XMLBEANS_HOME directory and CLASSPATH and PATH variables as well according to the install guide. Also, I have made sure that the JDK bin directory is before the XML Beans directory path in “Path”.
