Actually, this is out-of-scope for XmlBeans. And, technically, there cannot be xmlbean objects without a Schema, at most JavaBeans ;-) There are some solutions out there to generate Schema files from Java and I guess we didn't think that duplicating those efforts would add a lot of benefit. Of course, once you have a Schema, you can turn around and use XmlBeans with it!
