XMLBeans object API for ref!

Hi,

 

Does anyone know how to check if the given element is a "ref" with
XMLBeans?

 

I have a SchemaType object corresponding to gdocsRequest below and I
want to check if any of the child elements have a "ref" or not.

 

<element name="gdocsRequest">

  <complexType>

    <sequence>

      <element ref="msg:behaviorVersion" minOccurs="0"/>

      <element name="myint" type="xs:int"/>                       

    </sequence>

  </complexType>

</element>
