Generates different file paths for Intel Mac or PPC Mac

Fix For: Version 2.2
Compile an xsd on a PPC Mac and then on an Intel Mac and you will get different
file paths. I assume this is because xmlbeans is detecting the CPU type and
using that to figure out how to build the file paths. I should take into
account the OS, not the CPU type.
