Subversion tag for XmlBeans 2.4.0

I was looking for at the "tags" folder in Subversion

   http://svn.apache.org/viewvc/xmlbeans/tags/

and I couldn't find a tag for XmlBeans 2.4.0

Should there be a 2.4.0 tag?
