This page says that the last release was 2008, but in fact there have been
releases, since.
The mirror directories reachable from this page contain only tarballs with
'current' in their names. The actual version number is not apparent, and
historical versions aren't shown. This is a bit unusual for an Apache release.
The problem link is under XMLBeans Binary and Development Kit. The earlier link
to 'binary versions' leads to the expected sort of stuff.
