I looks that Apache is still mirrored at maven.org. The xmlbeans 2.5.0
binaries are now at:
http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/xmlbeans/xmlbeans/2.5.0/

Marshall, will you give it a try and let us know how it works?
