Hey Kyle, Adding a community page is a great idea and many ASF projects have that [1, 2, 3].
Apart from the items listed above, another element that usually appears in the community page is the list of committers. In addition, we should mention all the available mailing lists and their suggested usage. Since some people use slack it may be worth adding a link somewhere for that as well.
