Things should be much simpler for Geode. On the Yetus jenkins I purposefully
didn't set up a personality so that the job can be more flexible about
what we run.
On Geode you should be able to define once what plugins are needed and the
docker image to use[1].

Let's start a new thread and I can make a first pass at documenting how to set
up a jenkins job to run precommit testing. Sound good?
