I've learned from other projects that project social media accounts
shouldn't be in an individual's hands.

I've currently got the credentials for @ApacheYetus. I think I forgot
to send the account password to private@ when I set it up and I'll
correct that shortly.

However, I was wondering if anyone had a preference for any particular
shared-account systems? I think TweetDeck is used by a few projects.

Presumably we'd give access to everyone on the PMC? Or maybe it should
be more like admin access for jira where we default to giving access
to the PMC but add other contributors if someone is interested in
taking on that particular kind of work for the community?

So far, I've had the account follow all committers. Is that an
acceptable practice for everyone?
