In that event, I can use Oauth for authenticating, but the admin of the 
particular JIRA installation will have to register this application to get a 
consumer token that can be used for the HTTP calls, and I think the token will 
be different for each registration of the application. Is it feasible to use 
Oauth as an authentication mechanism?
