Anyone know where this code lives? Kind of curious as to how it works.
I’ve been thinking about it… those using git PRs would have a much
easier time of Yetus integration on ASF jenkins if that bridge set the JIRA
issue to be patch available. Then Precommit-admin could pick it up and send it
down the chain.
