IIRC, there was a way to tag JIRAs so that they also show up. (What
was that tag again?) I think the #1 thing here would be for precommit plug-ins
to get tagged. This way people experienced (or maybe not?) in those tools can
add the support in a fairly isolated environment while they learn the rest of
the code base.
