I'm not really sure what to do about this failure. It's attempting to download
findbugs from source forge, but the fine folks at source forge have changed the
download link to say:
"We're sorry -- the Sourceforge site is currently in Disaster Recovery
mode, and currently requires the use of javascript to function. Please check
back later."
... which is clearly bad in lots of ways.
Ubuntu 14.04LTS (Trusty), what our Docker image is based on, ships with
Findbugs 2.x. Ubuntu 16.04LTS (Xenial), ships with Findbugs 3.0.1. I've been
working with Ubuntu Xenial in order to get the Linux/ppc64el build for Apache
Hadoop working, but it has a few other issues (no JDK7, shellcheck 0.4.4
doesn't appear to compile).
I guess we could hard code a mirror for findbugs?
