I was thinking about yetus unit tests, and saw YETUS-15 with some code
utilizing bats for a unit test.

In addition, it seems that there is an opportunity to perform an end to end
unit tests.

A possible workflow:
1) Create a git repository using text patch files.
2) Start a webserver to provide mock Jira pages, and mock patch files.
3) Use test-patch to parse the jira page, pull the patch, and perform the
git modifications.

I have attached a rough file to YETUS-15 as an idea for discussion.
( It certainly isn't complete, but meant as a starting idea )
