precommit-admin stuck(?)

Hey gang.

        Just a heads up that for some reason, precommit-admin hadn’t run for 
like 9 hours.  I just fired it off manually. (now lots of things are queued 
up). Not sure how/why it didn’t run but we should probably keep an eye on it.
