It’s a chicken and egg problem. The Formula points to the tar.gz that
will have a different checksum as soon as the Formula is updated. If the
Formula is taken out of the repo, then the problem goes away. It would be way
better if the ASF had an organizational-wide repo we could all dump our
Formulas.
