With this in place, on a node without any Yetus-related docker images
installed, the full build and test run took 8 minutes. Previously it would take
about 16 minutes. So yeah, it’s a big savings. Big projects (Hadoop, HBase)
should see even more with the caveat that they need to pre-publish their test
image.
